JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support management and team by assisting, planning, developing, coordinating and implementing effective SHE policies, guidelines and procedure to ensure that department objectives are met and the environment are preserved
- Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Report
- Responsible to conduct risk assessment and develop accident – preventive system and programs for incorporation into operational policies of the company
Requirements :
- Candidates must possess bachelor degree in Engineering (Environment/Health/Safety)
- Having 3 -5 years professional experience as HSE Supervisor in manufacturing
- Certified in AK3 Umum & Environment (Waste Management, B3 Waste Management, etc)
- Familiar with Standard ISO 9001 : 2008, ISO 14001 : 2004, and OHSAS 18001 : 2007
- Familiar with AMDAL/UKL – UPL requirement
- Familiar with contractor SHE Management System
- Understand UU and Standard of Environment Regulation
- Understanding SHE policy for manufacturing
- Able to work as a team and/or individual
- Good in analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in leadership skill
- Willing to be placed in Palembang
